Faiveley Plasturgie Slovakia are manufacturers of plastic precision parts for both their own specific customers and the French companies within the Faiveley Group.
Sepal specialize in plastic precision parts, and are acknowledged as being one of the leaders in the transmission, tribology and kinematics sectors. Their specialized competence in the injection of technical plastic materials (PEEK, ceramics etc.) along with their expertise in assemblies today make SEPAL a benchmark fo many product segments : bearings, casings, stop units, shafts, utility parts, rings, pinions, prosthesis components, dispensers, rollers, etc.
Grand-Perret are not only specialists in technical part injection but also provide innovative solutions. This position enables them to be present on numerous market in four prominent sectors :
- Bi-composite parts : bi-material injection, insert and mirror over-moulding
- Technical materials : PPA, PPS, PBT, PEEK, IXEF, micro-injection
- Fluid transfer : pump casings, connections, connection assemblies, waterproof solutions, hollow bodies, joints, LSR liquid silicone inejction
- Mecatronics : sensors, connectors, plastic-ferrite insertion, components for RFID part over-moulding
EUDICA specialize in plastic injection, with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certification, and have their own micro-bacteriological laboratory. Their technical competence covers such diverse and exacting sectors as health (medical technology, pharmacy, diagnosis), beauty care (perfumes, cosmetics) as well as industry (automobile, sports and leisure, connectors). Their parts and medical appliances are produced in ISO7, class 10 000 cleanroom, and meet both Sigma 6 quality levels and BPF norms. In particular, EUDICA can carry out tampa-printing and assembly operations in a controlled atmosphere environment. And finally, in a desire to combine plastic injection moulding with continuous improvement and eco-friendly desing, EUDICA have today fully integrated the LEAN approach in their strategy of permanent search of excellence.
